Booking Terms & Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card information, we work with paypal to securely process your card details.  All bookings subject to 48 hour cancelation policy, cancelation within 48 hours subject to a loss of deposit, (£10 per person).  New Bookings subject to a £10 per person deposit.  All treatments subject to medical consultation and information given treated in the strictest confidence. Time quoted is total appointment time & is charged in full and inclusive of consultation, dressing / undressing / aftercare time.  Massage inclusive time may vary and is at the therapists sole decision.  Appointments start from booked time and late arrivals will receive a shortened treatment time and is still fully chargeable.  Arrivals later than 15mnins will not receive treatment, but will still be charged in full for the appointment.  We do not sell or pass on any
information to third parties for marketing purposes.  However reserve the right to work with medical and other professional and with your consent.
Gift Vouchers valid for 3 months, expiry date marked on voucher, vouchers which are past expiry date will not be redeemable and will be forfeit with no financial compensation.​
